Ordered a watch, overall was happy with it and the only notable thing I wasn't happy with was the front glass had a smudge on the inside of it. I reached out to customer support to find out if I can open this to clean it. I was advised not to. They offered a return and replace, overall I was still happy and didn't want to wait for a new one so I opted to keep the current one. They decided to send an additional watch anyway while letting me keep the original. I couldn't be happier with their overall customer support and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any additional items in the future from Mikuloft. If customer support reads this, Thank you again for your exceptional customer service.

Overall very happy with the purchase, looks exactly as described and functions without any issue. The only reason it's not 5 starts is because the main glass on the front has some marks on it inside the watch. Almost as if chemicals dried on the inside of the glass before they sealed it. I can see through the marks but slightly annoying and unable to take apart the watch I believe.

The strap felt a little stiff right out of the box, but it softened up after a few wears. The watch has a bit more weight than a smaller everyday watch, but it still feels comfortable and gives it a more substantial feel.
