Miku Loft offers a mix of officially licensed Hatsune Miku merchandise and clearly identified fan-made products. This notice explains our relationship to the intellectual property, how product licensing is described, and how to report a concern.
Hatsune Miku and related names, characters, artwork, logos, and other intellectual property belong to Crypton Future Media, Inc. and/or their respective rights holders. Miku Loft does not claim ownership of those rights.
Miku Loft is an independent online retailer operated by Green House Intelligent Technology (HK) Co., Limited. We are not the IP owner or an official brand-operated store. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a listing should not be read as a claim that Miku Loft itself is sponsored, endorsed, or operated by a rights holder.
Our catalog includes both officially licensed merchandise and fan-made items. An “Officially Licensed” label is shown only when product-level sourcing, supplier, packaging, or licensing information supports that statement. Fan-made products are identified as fan-made and are not represented as official merchandise. The product page is the source of truth for each item.
Before publishing an official licensing claim, we review information available from suppliers, distributors, packaging, and product records in good faith. If the available evidence is unclear, we do not apply the official badge. We may update or remove a listing if new information raises a concern.
