Refund policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
- If a cancellation request is received within the allowed time frame, the client will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
- After receiving the products, the client has a period of 30 clear days to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason. However, return shipping costs will be at the client's expense, unless the withdrawal is due to an error on our part in preparing the order, or due to the application of a legal or conventional guarantee. The return shipping costs vary depending on the product type and weight.
- If the 30-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
Refund Process
- Refunds will only include the price of the returned products and the initial shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the receipt of the returned products by our company.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method the client used during the original purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Conditions
- The right of withdrawal is only applicable to products returned within 30 days from the customer's decision to withdraw.
- Products must be returned new, complete (including any accessories), in original condition, with the original packaging, and suitable for resale.
Return Exceptions
- Products that are incomplete, damaged, stained, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
- Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged beyond simple opening will not be refunded.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
- According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized according to the customer's specifications.
Return Process
Before returning a product, the client must:
- Have the invoice or delivery note ready.
