Ear buds worked out well, the fact that the screen is customizable with the app as well is really nice, the only thing that can be annoying is accidentally holding down sides of the earbuds for too long changing the song or media you're listening too just trying to readjust them. But besides that much love to the product, even got reimbursed for the 1st one I gotten due to slight delivery damage so :)

I purchased this for my niece who is a massive Hatsune Miku fan, and after receiving the product I discovered that the headphones are completely useless in the United states. The required app needed to use the headphones is not available to download in my country which is the Chinese App Bilibili, and I was unable to change he language of the product to anything other than what I guess is Chinese kanji, which I assume you'd need the app for that, so I had difficulty navigating the product. The instructions that came with the product weren't in English either. Outside of that the product was adorable, it's just not useable outside of countries where the app is unlocked for so I feel mislead by the products store page which did nothing to warn me of the regional limitations of the product and a lack of English documentation.

The product required the Chinese app Bilibili and I cannot download the app from either the QR code that came with the product or from the website. There also is no way to change the language to English that I could find, and the instructions were all in kanji so I was unable to use the product.

I was unaware that this items was created strictly for mainland China market and not US. This makes it very difficult to get it set up because the interface is all in Chinese and you cannot change the language so that you can see what you are doing. It also requires you to get a VPN and spoof that my location is in China, sign up to Bilibili.com which is a Chinese based software client, and load the app onto my cell phone. Providing instructions other than having to search out this information would be extremely helpful.
